Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Shopping with us is simple! Browse our collection, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and hit that order button. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after — and just like that, your order is on its way to you!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We want checking out to be as easy as possible so you can spend more time doing what you love.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible! If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at support@littlebosssocietyco.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we're unable to make changes.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what do I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes our emails like to hide in there! If you still can't find it, reach out to us at support@littlebosssocietyco.com with the name and email address used at checkout. We'll track down your order and get that confirmation sent over to you right away.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order leaves our hands, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 days to arrive. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships so you always know where your order is.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We love rewarding our community. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping automatically —no code needed. Free shipping is applied at checkout once your cart reaches the threshold.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer shipping internationally. Shipment timeline maybe longer based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order history to track your shipment anytime.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens — that's never the experience we want you to have! Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and email us at support@littlebossocietyco.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will make it right as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products received get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order.
We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure our customers are happy with their orders.
If that's not possible or you can't wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund. We currently do not support returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
How do I start a return?
Starting a return is easy. Email us at support@littlebosssocietyco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without receiving return authorization first, as we cannot guarantee processing for unauthorized returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

How do I know which product is right for me?
Each product page includes detailed descriptions, sizing guides (where applicable), and photos to help you make the best choice. If you're still unsure, we're here to help! Send us a message at support@littlebosssocietyco.com and a member of our team will point you in the right direction. Our community is also a wonderful resource — feel free to ask questions in our community spaces where fellow parents share their firsthand experiences with our products.
Are your products safe for kids?
Absolutely. The safety and well-being of your little ones is something we take seriously. Our products are designed with families in mind and meet applicable safety standards. Specific material and care information is listed on each individual product page. If you have specific questions about a product's materials or safety certifications, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do restock many of our popular items! The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for our email list or follow us on social media, where we announce restocks first. On some product pages, you may also see a "Notify Me" option — enter your email there and we'll send you an alert the moment that item is back in stock.

Do I need an account to shop?
Nope! You're welcome to check out as a guest. That said, creating a free account comes with some great perks — you can track your orders, save your shipping information for faster checkout, and stay up to date on exclusive offers. It only takes a moment to set up and we think you'll love the convenience.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a password reset link right away. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still having trouble? Email us and we'll get you back in.
How do I contact customer support?
